Please read these terms carefully before engaging Genius Manpower Services for security, housekeeping or manpower supply services.
Genius Manpower Services ("we", "us", "GMS") provides security, housekeeping, facility management and manpower supply services within India. These terms apply to every engagement made by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website.
Quotes are estimates based on the site details, headcount and scope of service provided at the time of enquiry. Final charges may vary if actual site conditions, shift patterns or scope differ from what was declared, or if additional personnel or services are required.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access, safety and statutory information required for personnel deployment. Genius Manpower Services is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Genius Manpower Services carries statutory insurance and compliance coverage for its deployed personnel as required by law. Client-side liability for on-premises incidents involving personnel is limited as per the terms agreed at the time of engagement. Any incident must be reported within 48 hours, accompanied by relevant documentation.
Deployment timelines quoted are estimates based on typical onboarding conditions. Genius Manpower Services is not liable for delays caused by candidate availability, statutory clearance processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, though we will proactively communicate any known delay.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of engagement. Outstanding invoices beyond the agreed credit period may attract a late payment charge and can affect continuity of service.
Service engagements cancelled before personnel deployment are not charged for that period. Termination after personnel have been deployed requires the notice period agreed in the service contract, to allow for orderly handover.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of engagement applies to that service contract.
